2017 National Jamboree

Scouts interested in attending the 2017 National Jamboree at the Summit Bechtel Scout Reserve (in West Virginia), it is time to Register.  Important information; Cost $1,700 for the ten day event (includes transportation); July 18th to the 28th of 2017; minimum age of 12 and rank of First Class; last Jamboree in 2013 saw 40,000 Scouts from all over the World in attendance.  National Jamborees only occur every four years.  The Northern New Jersey Council is the lead agency for this outing.

Youth Protection Training Due

Adult Leaders - Time to Recharter the Troop.  If your Youth Protection Training in not up to date, you will not be included in the Recharter, NNJBSA and BSA Requirement.

December 6, 2015 - Meet at the Grange at 4:30 - Climbing from 5:30 to 7:00 - Return to the Grange at 7:00. At the Gravity Vault Indoor Rock Climbing - 107 Pleasant Ave. (off Route 17) - Upper Saddle River - Class B Uniform - Permission Slip due 11/30/15 - $25 per person
